Find the flux due to the magnetic feild generated by the loop thru the infinite plane kept to its right.

Assume the side of the square loop to be 'a' and the current in it to be I..and the closest distance of the loop from the plane as I.

  2. i think it will [u*Ia/2(pi)][ln(a+l/l)] using M21=M12 we find M and put it in (phi)=M21 I
    (i think l(distance of nearer side of the loop from the plane)shud be given)(u* = myu not)(M=mutual inductance)

  4. ya i did it the same way...generally ppl overlook that 1 line wriiten in the module-its importance is illustrated in this qstn...acha temme "why can we photograph a virtual image?"(isnt it wrng in principle?)

  5. yaar as far as i know..it is'nt possinle to obtain a virtual img. on a screen....as long as you dont use a converging lens..which a camera does!

    par yaar converging lens use karne ke baad image virtual rahi bhi to nahi!

  10. haan yar Digvijay..in 'a' and 'b' the block B suffers no impulse due to tension. You can apply cons. of momentum..so equal velocities in 'a' and 'b'...

    par in 'c'..the block B suffers an impulse due to tension...actually you can apply cons. of momentum to the system A,B,C..

    in a and b velocity is v/2..while in c it is v/3...

    Hence B
